This employee shoutout is going to be a little different. It's one we're especially proud to share because the feedback is from someone who used to work with our very own Marti A. Here's what her team mate had to say: "Hello, I haven’t worked for Cascade for many years and one person that has made a lasting impression to me is Marti Anderson. I wanted to reach out to give her recognition. Not only have I felt like family working with her but years after, when my mother passed away, she had sent flowers on behalf of Cascade and the employees in Flint, MI. When I was out on the long weeks of hotel stays and long flight layovers, she made sure she absolutely did everything she could. I’m more then certain that many Flint employees of Cascade will agree that she is the glue that binds them together. I hope that this reaches everyone and they understand how much she has an impact on everyone’s life’s." Marti, we deeply appreciate your kindness and empathy; you've had a powerful impact on your team and we grateful for all that you do.

We're thrilled to share that Cascade has been recognized by The Environmental Business Journal with a Business Achievement Award in 2023! Cascade earned this Project Merit for our innovative approach and adaptability in overcoming complications at a former chemical manufacturing site in Keasbey, N.J. Using in situ solidification and stabilization (ISS), Cascade remediated approximately 15,000 cubic yards of material contaminated by tert-butanol (TBA), all while addressing unforeseen challenges like complex lithology and the need to relocate multiple unidentified utility lines. Thanks to a strategic approach and expert teams, we were able to successfully remediate the groundwater contamination. We'd also like to congratulate TerraTherm, on their well-earned 2023 Project Merit! wards#EBJAwards Joseph Negro Jim Galligan Scott Wisher, PG
