Our Foundations for Clinical Excellence practicum experience provides ABA students with comprehensive knowledge, diverse experiences, and quality mentorship. We’re dedicated to empowering students to positively impact the ABA field, ensuring exceptional care for clients! 🌟 Led by experts Dr. Kerri Milyko and Rachel Scott, this program goes beyond traditional supervision. It’s designed to enhance the supervision experience for both the student and the supervisor by providing supportive, hands-on learning and teaching opportunities and materials.
The Foundational Five is a standardized, organizational approach developed by Hillary Laney and Edward Sanabria to ensure compassionate, assent-based care in every session. ☑️ This training is now a core part of our mentorship program, guiding our clinicians and directors in everything they do, fully aligning with these essential values.

We're thrilled to announce the launch of Foundations of Clinical Excellence, our innovative and industry-leading model of practicum in Arizona! 🎉 In September we launched our Dyad Model designed to provide more clinical oversight and supervision to our clinical team members. This new program will play a crucial role in complementing our Dyad model by solely focusing on the development of our Behavior Analyst Trainees, ensuring they receive the necessary supervision, mentorship, and support they need to succeed. With the mentorship and development program designed and overseen by Kerri Milyko, industry thought leader and former board chair of a state licensure board, the Arizona team will be led by the newly appointed Area Director of Clinician Development (ADCD). As an LBA in Arizona, they will be responsible for overseeing the entire clinical field staff pathway from Trainee to Licensed Behavior Analyst. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to enhancing clinical quality, deepening our dedication to excellence, and expanding access to care. #DoWonders
