      It's official! Almost all of our employees have now met in person at an event that we call Ready for Change. Ready for Change is unique to change.org. At this retreat, we create lasting connections. Team-building activities help us understand and appreciate each other, making our work environment more collaborative and supportive. Onboarding is an ongoing process. Here, we ensure that every team member is fully integrated and aligned with our mission, vision, and culture. Our vision is to build a digital platform for better democracies, and it starts with our team! We have an average rating of 90% at our retreats. We are committed to a continued investment in these in person experiences at our remote first company.
