This Earth Day, Cooper Standard teams took action throughout the entire month of April to care for our planet. Across the globe, our team members planted trees, picked up trash in their communities, and built insect hotels to support biodiversity. We also took the time to learn together, sparking conversations and raising awareness about caring for the planet and our environment. We couldn’t be prouder of our teams for showing up, getting involved, and making a real impact. 💚🌎

This mindset continues to drive exceptional results: Cooper Standard consistently surpasses our world-class safety goals year after year and 36 of our global manufacturing locations have reached zero safety incidents so far in 2025. Cooper Standard’s Žďár and Bystřice plants recently hosted their annual Family Day, bringing together team members and their families for a day of celebration. With over 500 adults and 220 children in attendance, it was a day filled with activities, from games and competitions for kids to relaxing zones for adults, offering something for everyone! This month, our team in Atlacomulco, Mexico along with their families, got their hands dirty during their Annual Reforestation Day. Thanks to the valuable support of the Jocotitlán City Council, we planted a thousand trees in Xocotepetl Park, a natural space dedicated to preservation. At Cooper Standard, we believe that sustainable actions are a big aspect of who we are. By getting involved in environmental initiatives, we continue to strengthen our commitment of a sustainable future, while creating a workplace where collaboration, active participation and social responsibility are part of our everyday life.
