This 460-bed community pairs thoughtful design with next-level amenities—including a rooftop deck with pool and hot tub, wellness spa with hot & cold plunge and sauna, study lounges, and everything else Dawgs need to thrive including a Georgian-style front and rear porch! Delivering on time (and ahead of the curve) is no small feat—and it’s a testament to the dedication, partnership, and precision of every team involved.       Hub Clemson is on the way. We’ve officially broken ground on our 1,303-bed student housing community just steps from Clemson University. Set along the shores of Lake Hartwell with direct access to Keowee Trail, the seven-story development will feature 394 units across 821,000 square feet, offering a mix of studio to five-bedroom apartments and a series of three‑story townhomes. 20,000 square feet of amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge with 360-degree views of the lake, downtown, and campus. But this is more than housing. It’s a transformative, waterfront urban center experience. We're doubling the active parkland, adding curated retail, and creating a destination for students and the entire Clemson community.       This June, our PRISM employee resource group hosted its annual Lunch & Learn, spotlighting LGBTQIA+ voices from across the company. The panel created space for open dialogue, thoughtful conversations, and shared learning around identity, allyship, and inclusion in the workplace. To close out the month, PRISM members shared their reflections on what Pride means to them. At Core, we believe everyone deserves to bring their full, authentic selves to the spaces they live and work. Pride Month is a time to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, honor the history of the movement, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard year-round.       Hub Knoxville has officially received Certificate of Occupancy, marking a major milestone in one of the largest student housing developments in the country. When we set out to build a full city block of student living at the steps of the University of Tennessee, we knew we had to get everything right—timing, scale, execution. And we did. Hub Knoxville spans nearly 2,000 beds across three towers and delivers more than 40,000 SF of amenity space, including Knoxville’s first rooftop pool, panoramic views of campus, and a resident experience shaped by hospitality at every touchpoint.       Our 640-bed student housing development on E. William Street has officially topped out, marking the completion of vertical construction and a major step forward in delivering best-in-class housing just two blocks from the University of Michigan. This 16-story community is designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s students with studio to six-bedroom units, elevated design, and amenity spaces that support both academic and social life. It’s a smart bet in a high-demand market, and one we’re proud to bring to life. Big thanks to our partners at TPG Angelo Gordon, TSB Capital Advisors, Power Construction, DCI Engineers, dwell design studio, llc, and to every crew member onsite.       Deal Closed. We’re expanding our footprint near Indiana University with Hub Bloomington Lincoln, a 461-unit, 1,492-bed community in partnership with Harrison Street. This marks one of our largest off-market assemblages to date, bringing together more than 20 parcels across nearly 7 acres. That gives us plenty of room to do what we do best: deliver a next-level living experience for students, complete with 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities (including a rooftop pool and basketball court). Construction is underway, and completion is set for Summer 2027. Thanks to our partners at QuadReal Property Group and TSB Capital Advisors on this closing, and Wells and Wells Construction and DLR Group on construction and design. We can’t wait to welcome Hoosiers home.

This marks another strategic addition to our portfolio in a market we know well. Columbia continues to see strong enrollment growth, competitive pre-leasing, and elevated demand for high-quality, high-touch student living.
