Two years of standing together for change. 💜 In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the two-year anniversary of our SBH Inspires Foundation, our teams came together in purple to show our commitment to hope, strength, and lasting change. The SBH Inspires Foundation, our first nonprofit public foundation, was created to support survivors, empower communities, and make a real difference where it’s needed most. Seeing our teams unite in purpose reminds us that together, we can be part of something bigger. Here’s to one year of impact and to many more ahead.
To celebrate Juneteenth, our Black Diamond ERG brought the energy with a Boots on the Ground line dancing event right here at our corporate office! We gathered as a team to learn new moves, share plenty of laughs, and celebrate culture through the power of music and movement. The event was a wonderful way to build connection and enjoy quality time together. We’re proud to launch DAA – Diverse Abilities Allies, a new ERG at Cosmo Prof and Sally Beauty Holdings. In this kickoff video, Jennifer Masie, GVP of Full Service and DAA’s Executive Sponsor, shares how leaders can better support neurodivergent individuals — from adapting communication styles to rethinking how we train and engage. Her takeaway is simple but powerful: when we make room for neurodiversity, we open the door to innovation, empathy, and better collaboration. As part of this launch, we’re welcoming a guest speaker from 29 Acres on April 23 — a North Texas nonprofit doing extraordinary work to support adults with autism and other neurodiversity. They’ll join us to share how we can create more inclusive spaces — where neurodivergent team members aren’t just welcomed, but truly seen, supported, and celebrated for the perspectives they bring. 💙

February is a time to celebrate the rich history, culture, and brilliance of Black communities worldwide. At Cosmo Prof, we’re proud to honor Black History Month with the HBCU Legacy Exhibit, presented by our Black Diamond ERG. On display through February 15th in our main office, this exhibit highlights the transformative role of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in shaping leaders, industries, and communities. Through Black Diamond, we’re committed to fostering meaningful change. From partnerships with HBCUs for career fairs and mentorship programs to fireside chats with Black executives, we aim to uplift and empower the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and connections they need to thrive. As we reflect on the resilience and brilliance of the trailblazers who’ve shaped history, we reaffirm our commitment to building a future rooted in equity, diversity, and opportunity.
