Hi, I'm Christopher, and I joined the R&D team at Dynatrace as a Lead Product Engineer in Austria in December. Here's what I noticed as a new one in the room. 👨💻 Dynatrace caught my attention right from the first interview. Everyone I met was engaged and friendly. It was really motivating to see people wanting to do their absolute best. Walking into the Vienna office for the first time was a moment in itself. In the office, it feels as though no one has had a bad day in ages, and even if they did, the office's energy quickly turns things around. There are events for people to celebrate wins together. In my first weeks, thanks to these events, I'd already met a bunch of people I may never work with but still felt connected to.
