Happy #PrideMonth 🏳️🌈 Kasey Cassano shares what Pride means to her and the community she's found through EarnIn's Rainbow Alliance Network ERG. She talks about why EarnIn stands out as a place where people can show up as their full selves, and what makes the culture of belonging here feel real. Why should others consider joining EarnIn? What makes it a unique and rewarding place to work? EarnIn is a place where the mission actually means something. The company is genuinely working to build a financial system that works for people, and you feel that in the day-to-day work. The team is diverse in background, lived experiences, and perspectives, and there's a real culture of belonging. It's not just talk. ERGs play a vital role in bringing employees together around shared interests and support, which I've experienced firsthand through the Rainbow Alliance Network. The people are collaborative, and you build real connections — not just with your immediate team, but across the company. There's also room to grow, take initiative, and do meaningful work. If you're looking for a place where you can show up as your full self and actually make an impact, EarnIn is worth considering. See more on LinkedIn!
Paulina Hernández Jiménez is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, support, and genuine connection at EarnIn. In honor of International Women’s Day, she shared how she advocates for change both within EarnIn and through her personal traditions in Mexico. What is your favorite thing about working here? The people. I’m truly impressed by the collaboration and teamwork I’ve experienced at EarnIn. Beyond having a great working relationship with the people I work directly with, I’ve also built meaningful friendships, not only in the People team, but across other departments as well. How do you celebrate International Women’s Day in Mexico? It has become a tradition for me to take part in the 8M march on March 8th. In Mexico, every year on International Women’s Day, there is a massive march where women are called to walk along Avenida Reforma to demand action from the government and authorities. The women who participate usually create their own posters with powerful messages. Each year, more and more women of all ages join, raising their voices for women across Mexico and for those who are no longer with us. It is an incredibly emotional and powerful experience. This will be my fourth year attending. See more on LinkedIn!
Happy hashtag#InternationalWomensDay! As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Nikita Prabhu is driven by the belief that technical depth is most effective when paired with a problem-solving mindset. While she builds at the intersection of tech and finance, Nikita is also a vocal advocate for visibility across the industry. She views International Women’s Day as a vital checkpoint and a time to honor the resilience of women globally while actively dismantling the barriers that still limit their potential. Why did you decide to join EarnIn? I decided to join EarnIn because the mission genuinely resonated with me. The idea of using technology to give people better access to their own earnings felt both meaningful and impactful. During the interview process, I was especially drawn to the people I spoke with—they were thoughtful, humble, and deeply committed to solving real problems. What does International Women’s Day mean to you, and how do you personally connect with its significance? International Women’s Day, to me, is both a celebration and a reminder. It’s a celebration of the achievements, resilience, and immense potential of women across industries and communities. At the same time, it’s a reminder that many women around the world still face barriers that limit their opportunities. I personally connect with its significance as someone working in tech, where representation and visibility matter deeply. See more on LinkedIn!
After years in public service, our National Political Director, Kyle George, joined EarnIn because its mission and values aligned with his own. Why did you decide to join EarnIn? My original career goal was to become a patent attorney, but while in law school, I ended up working for a Member of Congress. That experience sold me on public service. Over the years, I have been privileged to work for two Members of Congress, a District Attorney, an Attorney General, and a Governor. As I transitioned from public service to the private sector, I wanted to be part of something that was both meaningful and helpful to people. When I learned about EarnIn, I was intrigued. Ultimately, it was the people and their passion for our mission that sold me. During interviews, I met people who were truly dedicated to what we do, but more importantly, why we do it. EarnIn’s corporate values align with my personal values—in many ways they are our shared values. When I got the opportunity to work for a company so fully dedicated to making a difference, the decision to be a part of it was easy. What is your favorite thing about working here? This is an easy one. It’s the people! EarnIn has assembled a remarkably talented team of professionals, and I love learning from them. We each bring our own expertise and experiences to the table, and it’s so fascinating to see the synergies that we create when we collaborate, especially across business units. See more on LinkedIn!
As Sr. Community Manager, Angelica Torres brings a deep commitment to understanding and elevating the voices of EarnIn customers. She talked with us about her values, the innovation she sees across the company, and how her role adapts to meet customers where they are. As you integrate EarnIn's values into your work, which one stands out to you as particularly meaningful? Creating impact resonates most with me. EarnIn exists to leave customers better off than when they first arrive, a value that mirrors the work I’ve always done in nonprofits and community-serving programs. Keeping the customer’s wellbeing as our north star feels both familiar and meaningful. What do you think makes EarnIn’s culture unique? Why should others consider joining EarnIn? The innovation here is inspiring. Instead of just fixing things, we’re reimagining how to start from scratch. That kind of thinking creates a really energizing place to grow. Can you describe your role at EarnIn and what a typical day looks like for you? My role is to amplify the voices of our customers across our channels and to build programs that reflect their experiences. Some weeks I’m on customer calls most of the time, others I’m deep in strategy, planning, and program development. See more on LinkedIn!
Cindy Johnson carries a firm sense of purpose, resilience, and connection to EarnIn. Drawing on a depth of personal and professional experience, she approaches her work with our leadership teams with empathy and intention. We sat down with Cindy to reflect on her path and the mindset she’s carrying into the new year. Why did you decide to join EarnIn? Once I started learning more about the company and its vision, it resonated with me personally. There was a period in my life when, as a single mother of two daughters, I lived paycheck to paycheck and had to make difficult decisions about which bills to prioritize. Understanding EarnIn’s mission through that lens struck a personal chord. I can totally relate to some of our customers. It felt like the right place to make an impact. What advice or quote would you share as a guiding light entering the new year? You can’t control the storm, but you can choose who you become while standing in the rain. Move with intention, grace, and the confidence that you can handle whatever comes. More on LinkedIn!
As Chief Product Officer, Yair Rivlin is building a culture where people feel driven, supported, and inspired to do their best work. He spoke with us about the values that guide his leadership and what excites him about EarnIn’s growth. When it comes to life outside the office, Yair opens up about the holiday traditions he loves and what he’s grateful for this time of year. Can you share a bit about your favorite holiday tradition? Nothing unusual, our favorite tradition is to eat! 😂 We spend a lot of time cooking and eating with family and friends. What’s your leadership philosophy, and how has it shaped the way you lead EarnIn’s product organization? I believe great people need a work environment that challenges them, and it’s our responsibility to create this environment. I also think that for people to enjoy and rise up to the challenge, they have to operate from a safe spot. Our job is to make sure great people feel secure in their position and valued for their opinions. I value direct, candid communication and a strong sense of accountability. This helps people know exactly where things stand and rely on their team to deliver. See more on LinkedIn!
Thailand’s culture shines through its people, and its spirit of kindness and togetherness comes to life in teammates like Kanathip Chankitisakoon. To celebrate Thai Father’s Day, we sat down with Kanathip, Technical Lead Manager in EarnIn's Bangkok office, to talk about family, leadership, and the values that guide his work. As our Bangkok office expands, what do you believe are some of the unique strengths or culture of the team there? The Bangkok office is full of amazing talent, but what makes it truly special is the strong sense of support and collaboration. People actively look out for one another, share knowledge freely, and create an atmosphere where it’s easy to grow together. I often joke that I’m more of a long-timer who helps bridge conversations, while Os (Dungjit (Os) Shiowattana) provides a steady, grounding presence that the team trusts. That closeness really helps us take on big challenges with confidence How has being a father influenced the way you approach your work or your role in the team? “People First” has always been a core value for me, but becoming a father made that even stronger. I often remind my team not to overwork and to spend time with their families. Work matters, but the people in our lives matter even more. See more on LinkedIn!
Diwali is about the triumph of light over darkness, a theme that resonates deeply with EarnIn’s mission. So we connected with Senior Engineer, Aniket Patel, in our Bangalore office to talk about what that looks like in his work at EarnIn (and in his holiday). What’s your favorite Diwali dish? At my home, we have a simple rule during the five days of Diwali of eating no bland food. Diet plans take a back seat, and it’s all about eating what you love. I enjoy all kinds of sweets, but the one that stands out is a sweet my mom has been making forever. It’s made with dried coconut and dry fruits, shaped into an arch. I still love it today because it brings back memories of home and family every time I eat it. What personal meaning does this holiday hold for you? For me, Diwali is a reminder that life has phases of struggle and renewal. Rama’s return to Ayodhya shows that hardship can give way to hope, and light can replace darkness. What makes it special is that these events took place thousands of years ago, yet the values still resonate. Choosing good over evil, patience over haste, and faith over doubt remain just as meaningful in daily life today. See more on LinkedIn!
