In 2023, we took a firm stance against MFA (Made for Advertising) sites by blocking it from all our private marketplace deals. We’re now extending that policy across the board—banning MFA content from all exchange activity, including the open exchange. Our Chief Innovation Officer, Curt Larson, who made the announcement on stage at the recent Jounce Media SPO Summit, said, “Banning MFA sites across our exchange is about more than buyer media quality—it’s also about funneling media dollars to publishers creating valuable content."
