Thrilled to announce that Formance has secured $21M in Series A funding, co-led by PayPal Ventures and Portage. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our mission to empower developers with Open Source Financial Primitives > providing the tools to build, scale, and own tailor-made financial flows and products. Formance plans to open an office in New York and hire a go-to-market team there. It also wants to flesh out its engineering and product teams in line with its aim to increase its headcount from 20 to 50 employees by the end of 2025.
