Last week, we held our first-ever Grede Grad Learning Summit at Grede Headquarters in Southfield, Michigan. During the summit, our five Grede Grads attended sessions about Grede’s history, operational excellence, automation, product engineering, the Grede Sand Standard (GSS), program management, and iron metallurgy. They ended the day with lunch with our executive leadership team.
