This week marks ‘Women in Construction’ week—and we’re celebrating the amazing women in H.B. Fuller Building Adhesive Solutions! Meet Charlotte Cuyvers, Sales Professional. In her role, Charlotte supports distributors and roofing professionals by helping them choose the right adhesive systems for their projects. No two days are the same, and each new project gives her the opportunity to expand her expertise and learn something new. Charlotte grew up surrounded by the construction world—her father and brother are both architects—so the industry always felt familiar and inspiring. She saw early on the level of skill, creativity, and problem‑solving required to build something that stands the test of time! Passionate about challenging expectations, Charlotte is committed to showing that women can thrive in the construction space. When offering advice to women interested in pursuing a career in the industry, she shares: “Don’t be intimidated by the fact that it’s male dominated. Ask questions and trust your abilities. Surround yourself with people who support your growth and remember that your perspective is valuable!” Thank you to Charlotte and all the other incredible women at H.B.
