One of the few HSCians who have seen not just the company grow but also the people in it, the Golden Heart of HSC in this edition is Mr. Pradiman Pandita, VP – IT, Hughes Systique. Mr. Pandita, in addition to heading the CSR team of HSC – Parivartan, has also been actively working with various organisations and also on a personal level to create a community which we all can be proud of. Taking the time out of his busy schedule, Mr. Pandita makes sure to do his bit for society with NGOs be it aiding the rescued animals, promoting own culture or cleaning the Yamuna. Inspiring HSCians across with his work and his commitment towards helping others, Mr. Pradiman Pandita is someone we all look up to.
Mr. Sumeet Pandey, Senior Principal Engineer, Hughes Systique, participated in a panel discussion at CII’s Cloud Summit on the topic of “Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud Architectures: Optimising AI Workloads”. The event was held at The Le Meridien Hotel in New Delhi and was attended by over 200 delegates. Mr. Pandey was joined by industry leaders like Mr. Sandeep Bhambure, Veeam Software, Mr. Gaurav Malik, Successive Digital, Mr. Amit Sinha Roy, Tata Communications Limited, Mr. Vaibhav Gupta, EXL Service, Mr. Yogesh Malik, Equinix, and Mr. Sanjay Shintre, Nutanix India. While the event was themed on Next Gen Cloud: Powering AI Innovations, the discussion aimed at unlocking the synergies of Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud Architectures and revolutionizing the landscape of AI workloads optimization. Mr. Pandey, while delving into the dynamic strategies that seamlessly integrate diverse cloud environments, maximizing flexibility, scalability, and efficiency for AI applications, also shared a use case to reinforce his point. The discussion also explored how innovative approaches empower organizations to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. Associated with Hughes Systique Corporation for over 18 years now, Kartik has been a part of the organization’s growth story and is also a vital part of it. Based out of HSC’s UK office, he is always on the lookout to learn more and share his knowledge with the next generation of engineers in the team. Mr. Tarun Singhal, SVP – Engineering, and Mr. Ashutosh Kothiala, VP – Engineering, Hughes Systique, were invited at Confederation of Indian Industry’s Annual Business Summit held in New Delhi. The summit was attended by esteemed government dignitaries, industry captains, entrepreneurs, influencers, start-ups, and thought leaders from India and other countries, where they shared their perspectives on Industry growth, Technology, AI, Innovation and Employment. Mr. Singhal and Mr. Kothiala while representing & sharing HSC’s perspective, engaged in insightful conversations on AI Use cases in manufacturing, green energy, education, government, healthcare, etc. and highlighted the efficiencies, growth and critical problem-solving aspects of AI.
In an interview with Dataquest, Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, emphasized that HSC is committed to pushing boundaries in the field of Digital Engineering through innovation by transformation.
Mr. Anurag Gupta, AVP & Center Head – Bengaluru, Hughes Systique Corporation, has always taken up challenges head-on & come out on top, and he is the HSCian in Focus for this edition. In addition to leading a diverse team, he also continues to guide and inspire HSCians in Bengaluru and across, preserving and taking ahead the culture of Hughes Systique. Being an integral part of HSC since its inception, Anurag has been a mentor to the young engineers & helping them achieve their potential.
In this fast-paced world when “me time” remains a distant dream of many, there are those who go out of their way and dedicate themselves to the betterment of society, people with Golden Hearts. At Hughes Systique Corporation also, we have identified one such Golden Hearted young gun, Shubham Pandey, Associate Engineer. Shubham spends his holidays surrounded by kids from the underserved sections of the Delhi-NCR region and gives them academic assistance by teaching them with an NGO, Kritansh The School of Hope. Shubham is one of the many Golden Hearts of HSC who inspire us all to do good while staying in the background.
Mr. Vineet Vohra, renowned environmentalist, and a valuable member of the Give Me Trees Trust, who has also championed the thought of “Har ghar ek nursery", was invited by Team Parivartan of Hughes Systique Corporation to conduct a workshop on Gardening in small spaces. He also shared his wisdom from his travels and experience with the tribal communities and introduced everyone to the many benefits that plants in our vicinity possess & often go ignored. The workshop not only piqued the interest of HSCians in learning more about nature and gardening but also witnessed many a questions being asked & answered. As we continue towards learning more about nature, we could not have asked for a better partner than Give Me Trees Trust.
An admired HSCian since the past 14 years, Mr. Ashutosh Kothiala, Vice President – Engineering, Hughes Systique Corporation, is the HSCian in Focus for this edition. Leading the Cloud AI & Applications groups, he manages one of the largest teams of HSC and mentors engineers from diverse sets of experiences. An amazingly enabling people's manager, Mr. Kothiala likes listening to music, travelling especially by the waterside and loves nature walks, cooking & reading.
