We are delighted to welcome Christophe Roux to IBS Software’s senior leadership team as Senior Vice President and Head of Passenger Solutions. With 25+ years in airline IT, Christophe brings deep airline retail and passenger domain expertise, alongside a truly global track record. He began his career at Amadeus in Europe, supported growth across Asia Pacific, held senior IT and commercial leadership roles at the Emirates Group, and most recently led the airline business for Amadeus across the Middle East, Turkiye and Africa. At IBS Software, Christophe will lead our Aviation Passenger Solutions business globally, driving strategy, growth and delivery across passenger service and airline retail solutions. His appointment comes at a defining moment for the industry as airlines move faster towards modern, AI-enabled retailing, and as we advance our work with AWS on an AI-first retailing platform.
