      At Magnet Forensics, we’re passionate about creating opportunities that showcase the exciting and dynamic paths a career in tech can offer. Our September community partnership event is a perfect example of how we bring real, insightful content to the forefront—diving into career progression and the rewarding (and sometimes messy) realities of working in tech. A career in this fast-paced industry can be both challenging and fulfilling, with plenty of opportunities for growth, learning, and fun along the way. This event, brought together our Gender Equity Tech (GET) community and members of the Women In Tech and oneMagnet employee resource groups from Magnet Forensics. The Messy Middle of a Tech Career Careers are rarely linear, and as your journey unfolds, you may find yourself reflecting on the twists and turns that brought you to where you are today. The truth is, career paths are often messy, and progression doesn’t look the same for everyone. In this session, Laura Hood and Sabina Simons shared their lessons, insights, and advice on navigating these complexities. By embracing continuous evolution in all its forms, you can gain clarity on your personal journey and redefine what progress means to you in your career.
