Hats off to Marvin at 7 Tide on their recent recognition by Boston Home Magazine, who named the Experience Center Boston’s “Best Window Showroom.” A special shout out to brand ambassadors Sue Shockley and Lisa Massari for representing Marvin at 7 Tide at the Best of Boston Home 2025 ceremony, and for all of their expertise and hard work for Marvin. But don’t take our word for it; here’s what Boston Home reports: “The showroom’s staff are polished pros with considerable residential experience; trust them to guide you in the right direction rather than overwhelm you with options.” Visit the link for more information about the award.
Marvin has a long history of supporting our local communities, and our new Kansas City, Kansas team has truly embraced our core value of “Be stronger together.” They recently put those words into action, spending time working with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, prepping meals for the holiday season. Here's to a season celebrating the power of teamwork, not just within Marvin, but with our business partners, builders, architects, customers, and the communities we're proud to call home. Happy New Year!
The Marvin annual meeting is an opportunity to pause and look back at the accomplishments of the year, and the 2024 edition was marked with some especially notable achievements. From celebrating a new distribution center in Reno, NV to the groundbreaking of a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS to being named No. 19 on the Forbes Top Employers list. There was much to be proud of this year and today included time to recognize those who make it possible: Marvin employees. We closed the meeting by announcing our 67th year of profit sharing, thanks to all who raise the bar each and every day. We’re heading into 2025 with gratitude and optimism. Marvin recently joined together with community and business leaders in Grafton, N.D., to host a ceremony and reception to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Northern Point Apartments project. These two buildings, scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025, will bring 72 much-needed new housing units to Grafton, aiding not only Marvin employees, but area residents as well. We're hopeful that the success of this project will encourage future development and support the growth goals of this vibrant community. We’d like to thank the many partners that went into making this very important project possible, including Mayor Chris West, MAK Construction LLC, Minnkota Power Cooperative, the Bank of North Dakota and its R-WISH program, and Choice Bank. Here’s to many more years of long-term success and ongoing partnership between Marvin and the people of Grafton!
