On October 24th, as part of the Microland Leadership Engagement and Development Program, senior Microlanders based out of India gathered at Radisson Blu, Bangalore, for an immersive one-day workshop. This hands-on session, led by Gopakumar Menon and Lalana Zaveri from Navgati, was designed to empower participants to elevate team performance, enhance self-awareness, and strengthen collaboration. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 - A dynamic, game-based session where leaders tackled evolving tasks, uncovering insights on overcoming performance barriers and inspiring intrinsic motivation. 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐬 - Participants explored five distinct working styles, learning to leverage personal strengths and adapt for diverse scenarios. 𝐀 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 - This segment focused on trust, ownership, accountability and negotiation. It emphasized the role of negotiation and honest communication in building a culture of integrity and trust. 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 - For all the participants. For our senior Microlanders operating out of other locations, an equivalent virtual workshop was held on November 8th and 13th.
