We’ve just concluded the sixth Micron Global Women’s Mentorship Program (GWMP) in India and what an incredible journey it’s been! 🌟 This program goes beyond mentorship, it’s a platform to empower technically skilled women, foster personal and professional growth, and build a strong global network of women leaders and allies in the semiconductor industry. From over 1,200 applicants, 48 talented students were selected to join a five-week experience filled with mentoring, workshops, and global connections. With support from dedicated mentors, the mentees explored careers in semiconductors and built lasting networks. One of the most memorable moments was a full-day visit to our Hyderabad Aquila campus, where mentees got hands-on with labs, projects, and real-world tech.
