Coast Villas, a new affordable housing community co‑developed by National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC), will serve Oceanside seniors in need, including veterans and individuals with mental health needs. National CORE and SDCHC joined elected officials and community partners on May 12 to break ground on the development, located within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Municipal Pier and Buccaneer Beach.
