Now hiring Machine Operators for our Manufacturing department. We have vacancies within manufacturing at our headquarters on United Boulevard in Coquitlam and a short drive away at our facility in Pitt Meadows. Our manufacturing department is broadly split into 4 specific areas: Blending, Tableting, Encapsulation and Coating. Each of these areas utilize specific processes and machines to produce health supplements, with tablets and capsules being the most common dosage forms. Machine Operators are responsible for running machines in this department. This includes setting up machines to run new products and performing basic troubleshooting functions. They are required to configure machines, which requires mechanical aptitude. We adhere to strict GMP standards and as a highly regulated industry, you can expect our facilities to be very clean, very well organized, continuously improving. We have a strict focus on safety. Employees joining our manufacturing team typically begin with hands-on learning, supported by a structured development process. New Level 1 employees work through a checklist-style development plan. Upon mastering Level 1 skills, employees advance to Level 2 and receive a higher wage. Level 2 employees continue learning and can progress to a Level 3 operator, with each level offering a higher salary bracket. Level 2 and 3 operators can also progress to Lead Hand and then Supervisor - a path we encourage and support.
