QP-Prostate goes beyond AI. It brings radiology reading, fusion biopsy, and focal therapy into a single, connected workflow—designed for real collaboration between radiologists and urologists, wherever they are. Disconnected systems slow care. Integrated pathways move it forward.
Ahead of the European Congress of Radiology, we had the opportunity to talk to Prof. Philippe PUECH. In this blog, he shares his perspective on: 🔹 Reducing unnecessary biopsies through smarter multiparametric MRI scans 🔹 Why structured reports are key to PI-RADS consistency 🔹 The real role of AI in prostate MRI and the barriers to its routine adoption 🔹 Why young radiologists should learn to master AI, rather than fear it A practical and forward-looking conversation about how technology and clinical expertise are transforming prostate cancer diagnosis. 👉 Read the full interview on our blog: https://bit.ly/3OAdzrX #ECR2026 #ECR26 #ProstateCancer #AIinHealthcare #MedicalInnovation
As collaborators of Prostate Cancer Research, we understand firsthand how modern imaging techniques, advanced risk stratification, and AI-based diagnostic pathways can redefine prostate cancer screening — making it more accurate, safe, and equitable. The current debate on screening must reflect today's medicine. Decisions that will determine outcomes in the coming years cannot be based on outdated data. They must be based on robust, contemporary evidence and be in line with current clinical practice. Looking forward to UroNext 2026, taking place 6–7 March in Lisbon at the Hospital CUF Tejo Auditorium, co-organised with David Subira (Coordinator of the Urology Department at CUF - Hospitais e Clínicas) and Bernardino Miñana López, MD PhD (Head of Urology at Clínica Universidad de Navarra). The meeting will bring together experts exploring innovation and AI in uro-oncology. Don’t miss Javier Pizcueta Pastor’s session on AI algorithms for treatment-zone segmentation and post-therapeutic focal assessment — 6 March, 14:30. #UroNext2026 #AIinHealthcare #MedicalInnovation
