Racing is a team sport: on and off the track. 🤝 We’re putting more teammates on the grid at RACELOGIC and training four colleagues to go racing under our banner. Evan is joining the programme with a BARS rally licence (British Association of Rally Schools). Green flag for gravel 🟩 Ina is starting a Navigator / Co-Driver course; pace notes at the ready to keep us on the right line. 🧭 Oli & Liam, both passed their ARDS test (Association of Racing Drivers Schools) last week - two more licensed circuit racers in the world. That’s a double overtake in the classroom. 🏆 With these additions, over 10% of all RACELOGIC employees now hold a competition licence. 🙌 Why invest in seat time? Because being trackside, keeps us close to the craft. It sharpens how we read the data, make the calls, and understand the real-world demands our customers face every race weekend.
