We’re excited to share our recent initiative aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We've introduced quarterly Talk2Connect sessions, which are internal workshops designed to facilitate respectful conversations surrounding diversity and inclusion. These gatherings offer a safe environment for Shippians to ask questions, exchange experiences, and learn from one another. Our most recent session, focused on gender equity, took place last Friday. During this session, our keynote speaker Daria Sainani, Head of Marketing, dived into crucial topics, such as vulnerability, challenges, allyship, motherhood, mentorship, and best practices in the workplace.
