And with higher employee engagement comes a range of benefits. That’s why Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the third-annual ranking of America’s Greatest Workplaces, recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally.”
Earlier this month, we were THRILLED to be able to bring back our Annual Employee Appreciation Event! After covid sidelined this event for the last several years, we're so happy it's back. About 500 of our Massachusetts-based staff enjoyed a day full of making memories: bowling, raffles, gifts, food, and a photo booth - there was no shortage of FUN! Thank you to all of our staff who were able to join us, we already can't wait until next year. Want an invite to this awesome event? Apply today to become a Spectrum Employee!
