Festive Fundraising across the organization this December! From donating to a 'bake sale' in Prague, to toy donations across the UK and Ireland, to volunteering at a Soup Kitchen in Austria, and lots more beyond, Stats Perform Teams have been out in force this December to care for those less fortunate.
This summer, Stats Perform is hosting its annual cohort of talented interns - a group of eager and talented individuals who secured a unique 8-week opportunity to hone their expertise in the workplace. Through participating in 1:1 mentoring, skills development workshops, networking opportunities, and delivering tailored projects and tasks, our 2024 Internship Program is set to be our best yet! This year’s 22 interns are spread across the UK and US, spanning a wide range of departments, covering sales to AI, human resources to finance and more. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor, ensuring they receive personalized guidance and support throughout their journey. To conclude their internship, they will have the exciting opportunity to present the learnings and outputs of their projects to the Stats Perform Executive Team, showcasing their hard work, insights, and innovations. Good luck to all of our 2024 interns! We cannot wait to see what you achieve!
In April, the team from Bangalore facilitated a spectacular soccer festival to celebrate their new partnership with the Bangalore Football League Academy for children, including the unveiling of a brand new Stats Perform sponsored kit! BFLA (Bangalore Football League Academy) offers underprivileged children across Bangalore with structured football training, mentorship and life skills. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, the team in Bangalore chose to support their program as it is so closely linked to our strategic ambition of encouraging underrepresented groups to get into sports. The children, who would otherwise lack the resources to participate in such activities, were absolutely thrilled to receive their newly donated kits and wore them proudly at the tournament on Sunday April 21st, against Stats Perform colleagues!

Jonathan's commitment to DEI has truly made a difference in fostering a more inclusive workplace culture. Congratulations Jonathan! We're really proud to have you as part of our team!
Women in Sports Tech (WiST) is a key partner for Stats Perform. Their goal is to elevate the role that women play in the sports tech industry, linking up awesome and ambitious women with great roles and great organizations (like ours!). For the past seven years, WiST has led a summer internship programme for women eager to enter the world of sports tech. This summer, 19 more students are set to enter the workplace on a dedicated fellowship, working with innovative employers around the world across the ever-evolving sports tech industry. Stats Perform will be one of the 16 organizations offering a fellowship in the coming months and we would like to extend a warm welcome Alyssa Choi when she joins us in a few weeks! Alyssa joins from Stony Brook University in New York where she's been studying Computer Science, and she will be working with Dr. Patrick Lucey and our AI team. We can't wait to work with her and support her journey >>> watch the video >>>
