Our latest Veteran Salute recognizes Charlie Allen, Regional Manager of the San Antonio region. Since joining Sunstates Security in March 2023, Charlie has been a valuable asset, bringing extensive experience from both the private security sector and a distinguished military career. When asked about his experience at Sunstates, Charlie emphasized the supportive culture, stating, 'It truly is a team.' Charlie's military career started when he served four years in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantry Team Leader. He received an honorable discharge in 2014 and subsequently joined the Army Reserve in 2017, serving as a Military Police Squad Leader. In March of 2025, Charlie will begin a year of deployment, leading a team of 60 as a Platoon Seargent. Sunstates wishes him all the best and looks forward to him continuing his successful career with us upon his return.
