We are honored to again achieve inclusion in the Columbus CEO magazine listing of Top Workplaces in central Ohio. This marks our 13th consecutive year earning this recognition and one of only a select number of companies that have appeared on this list every year since it was originally published. This award is especially meaningful because it is based on our employees’ feedback on topics such as culture, communication, leadership, values and benefits. Joe Hayek, president and CEO, said, “We are proud of our empowered, people-first culture at Worthington Enterprises and continually strive to ensure our workplace provides a complete experience where employees can innovate, thrive and grow.”

One of the many ways we're empowering the workforce of the future to innovate, thrive and grow is through sponsorship of and mentorship for students in the Columbus Rotary Career Path Awards Program. The program's mission is to recognize and provide career mentoring to graduating seniors within Columbus City Schools - Ohio who have demonstrated excellence in taking advantage of the opportunities offered to prepare for skilled careers. Rodney Fields, superintendent of our Columbus manufacturing facility, worked with a student during this year to help prepare her for a career and immediate pursuit of a degree in electrical engineering. Congratulations to all of the award winners!
