The position has the primary responsibility for ensuring a sustainable healthy business partnership with assigned key trade partners. The position is likewise responsible for providing efficient people management, i.e., directing, guiding, coaching and mentoring, and active leadership involvement in ensuring that all sales programs are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies, strict alignment with the marketing programs and within the bounds of the VMOS, and identifying the critical requirements needed by his/her region to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs.
Key Job Results include providing sound and relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target objectives, execution of sales and distribution strategies and programs, collection efficiency, minimize sales returns, adherence to department budgets and development of staff competencies, and sustaining the healthy work environment and relationships.
