Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and overall factory financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry.
• Professional certification such as ICAN is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
