Pour notre service Relations Clients, nous cherchons un(e) Costumer Service Specialist H/F qui sera directement rattaché(e) à la Team leader du service Relations Clients. Le poste est basé à Rungis, au siège de Bridgestone France.
Objectifs du poste:
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des demandes clients avec une approche globale. Vous assurerez à la fois les fonctions de front et de back office, en prenant en charge un portefeuille de clients. Vous devrez maintenir le contact avec les clients et traiter toutes les demandes, qu'il s'agisse de la saisie des commandes, des réclamations, des refus ou de la gestion des retours.
