Customer Service Representative (HYBRID)

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience—from onboarding and system implementation to troubleshooting and ongoing support. What You’ll Do

• Provide professional support via email, phone, virtual meetings, and onsite visits
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions
• Assist in system setup, configuration, and deployment
• Guide clients through onboarding and go-live processes
• Conduct user training and present system features clearly
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Willing to conduct onsite client visits when needed
• Experience in technical support, SaaS, or system implementation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
• Must have own laptop/desktop
• Candidates with backgrounds in education or school administration (e.g., Teachers, Registrars, and School Administrative Staff) are encouraged to apply, but this is not required.
