Customer Service Representative (WFH)

OrangeApps Inc. is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their journey—from onboarding and system implementation to troubleshooting and ongoing assistance. If you enjoy working with people, learning new technologies, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support through email, phone, virtual meetings, and onsite client visits.
  • Troubleshoot system-related concerns and deliver effective solutions.
  • Assist with system setup, configuration, implementation, and deployment.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, training, and go-live processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support activities, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring concerns and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Willing to conduct onsite client visits when necessary.
  • Experience in technical support, SaaS, software implementation, or client-facing support roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer.
  • Applicants with experience in education or school administration (e.g., Teachers, Registrars, School Administrative Staff) are encouraged to apply, but this is not required.
