Document Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Working experience in project management, ISO/HACCP/GMP/HALAL audit and audit from government authority of DOSH, JTK, BOMBA and etc.

- Reporting to QA & Compliance Department; advantage to candidate have knowledge in ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL procedure.

- Basic knowledge of labor law and compliance of ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL.

- Data organization skills.

- Cope, scan and store documents

- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts, renewal of insurance and license

- File documents in physical and digital records. Filing includes maintain confidentiality for sensitive files and managing access of master form copy folder, which authorized staff can access.

- Self-prepare for ad-hoc task/project.

CRITERIA:

- Minimum diploma in relevant fields

- Working experience 1 year, fresh graduate with related background is welcome to apply

- ISO, HACCP, GMP, HALAL
