About the Role:

Responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, promoting the brand positively, assisting customers with product information and choices, and fostering a positive and ethical work environment to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages with consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and store area at all times.
• Operate and care for coffee machines and related equipment properly and safely.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of coffee, beverages, and brand offerings.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold company image and service standards to reflect a premium and professional brand experience.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a barista or beverage service role.
• Coffee knowledge is required. Cocktail/wine knowledge is beneficial.
• English-speaking; additional languages are a plus.
• Fast, clean, and detail-oriented with a professional appearance.
• Familiarity with stock handling, stocktaking, and inventory systems.
• Must be highly comfortable and confident working in a SOP-driven environment.
