What will you be doing?

As a Funding Operations Validator, you will ensure all funding claims adhere to Lifetime Training's internal policies by executing validation checks at key learner engagement points. You will work closely with internal teams, providing expert support and contributing to data accuracy and integrity. Customer service and accurate data validation is crucial, and monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Strong communication skills across all platforms (emails / phone / teleconferencing) and in person
• Ability to monitor and review own work

It would be great if you had:

• Relevant experience of working in a Compliance / Data Processing environment
• Experience with work-based learning providers or related environments
