KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning activities to remove sharp edges and ensure that there is a good product finish to meet customer’s product requirements.
  • Perform quality check throughout the product realization process to ensure product/ process quality control such as ensuring proper part handling, placement, visual inspection and product preservation (i.e. the use of gloves, anti-rust, etc. to prevent rust).
  • Provide feedback and highlight any production issue/ product abnormality to Supervisor/ Departmental Lead for further disposition.
  • Perform duties assigned by Departmental Lead and support overtime whenever requested to meet targeted output
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, workplace safety, product safety and overall 5S at workstation.
  • Fill in quality records accurately and ensure the correct use of company issued stamp as defined in the procedure.
  • Work closely with Departmental Lead to ensure Departmental KPI, Company Policy, EHS Policy and Quality Objectives are met.
  • Ensure production output and efficiency.
  • Provide support in overall company improvement activities.
  • Ensure accurate update of ERP data and that job is checked in and out.
  • Perform in-line inspection based on Quality Control Inspection Sheet.
  • Any other task as assigned by Superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
