At Eni , we are looking for a HSE Specialist to join Eni Plenitude France . You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local, national and European regulations regarding health, safety and the environment. You will play an active role in the management and monitoring of photovoltaic and wind plants in France, as well as charging infrastructure for electric mobility, in addition to commercial activities related to energy sales and studies to ensure energy savings in buildings.

Main responsibilities:

  • Review and implement key safety documents (risk assessments, safety plans, procedures, emergency plans)
  • Manage deadlines for training, health surveillance, and PPE allocation
  • Maintain the integrated management system and support certification processes
  • Monitor HSE and environmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage HSE events (near misses, incidents), including investigations and corrective actions
  • Identify and assess risks; propose mitigation measures
  • Conduct HSE inspections and audits (internal and contractors)
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions
  • Manage relationships with consultants, certification bodies, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g. WEEE/EEE, waste, excavated materials)

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Relevant experience in high electrical risk environments and energised systems
  • Strong knowledge of EU HSE regulations and environmental directives
  • Eligibility for ASPP/RSPP-IPRP appointment; relevant training is an advantage
  • ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 auditor qualification preferred; familiarity with integrated management systems
  • Knowledge of WEEE, waste management, and excavated soil and rock regulations
  • Familiarity with ISO 50001:2018 energy management systems
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Willingness to travel across France
