Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and overall workforce management.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to support business objectives through effective people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
• Oversee performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Support payroll administration and leave management processes..

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per hour
