About the Role:
As an Accounting and Finance Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting financial operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience, allowing you to develop your skills while gaining an in-depth understanding of the accounts payable lifecycle and payment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support vendor reconciliation by comparing Statements of Account (SOA) against internal system records
• Assist in investigating and analysing discrepancies, including liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders where required
• Support the review of weekly payment reports to monitor completeness and accuracy of payments
• Help identify and highlight any potential omissions or variances, particularly relating to rental and utilities payments
• Assist with monthly reconciliation exercises across multiple countries
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and assignments as required
• Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration within Finance and other departments
