POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing daily system integrations, ensuring smooth data transfers, and maintaining sync of stock, products, and sales. Works on e-commerce and API integrations, collaborates with vendors and 3PLs on issues and new requirements, tests and deploys systems, develops dashboards for data analysis, and documents technical solutions with relevant visuals and code annotations.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor day to day system integration schedule.
• Ensure data transfer smooth between system.
• Accountable on stock sync, product sync and sales posting.
• Working on e-commerce integration between system
• Collaborate with vendor to follow up on issue, ticket, and new change requests.
• Work on new requirement with 3PL.
• Working on API integration development
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Working on data analyst and visualize related dashboard.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.

POSITION SPECIFICATION:

• Education: at least a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information System or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in data analyst and experience in e-commerce or related
