Lead Technical Recruiter

Job DescriptionJob Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform IT recruitment duties such as sourcing candidates across different platforms and conducting initial or phone interviews.
• Work closely with relevant departments to maintain the candidate database and handle necessary recruitment documentation.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various online platforms.
• Screen candidates by conducting background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview coordination, callbacks, and rejection emails.
• Resolve recruitment-related issues such as interview cancellations or scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, ensuring daily targets and hiring goals are met.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to improve recruitment performance and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and team deliverables.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a technical recruitment assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading or managing a small team of recruiters.
• Familiarity with standard hiring practices, including interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and effectively explain IT job requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving team recruitment targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
