Manager / Senior Manager – Operational Excellence

Hamlet Consulting Luxembourg is an international Management and Technology consulting firm founded in 2003 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. We are human-sized company (+50 consultants) with a large diversity (+10 nationalities) and where working balance does matter.

We operate as well in Belgium, France, and Switzerland. We aim to continue our international expansion.

Our Management Transformation team is looking for a Manager and Senior Manager in Operational Excellence. We value cross experience background in industry and services, especially in Banking, Insurance, Supply chain, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing.

Your profile:

• From 5 to 10 years’ experience in consulting role,
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics,
• Demonstrate good listening and persuasion skills,
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and proficient in ideally in either, French or German,
• Have been exposed to Operational Excellence projects, solution design or process optimizations,
• Expertise in process modeling (BPMN and SIPOC),
• Open minded person with enthusiastic and entrepreneurial,
• Business acumen and result oriented,
• Helicopter view and ability to synthesize,
• Agile, Project Management or Lean management certifications are a plus.
• International mobility is a plus.
• Driving license
