About the Role

We are looking for experienced Provider Administrative Assistants (PAA) to support licensed healthcare providers in a U.S.-based telehealth environment. This role is focused on administrative and non-clinical support, helping providers manage workflows, patient coordination, documentation, scheduling, pharmacy coordination, and medical records processing.

The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare administrative background, experience working with EMR/EHR systems, and a clear understanding of HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and escalation protocols. This is not a general customer service role — candidates must have verifiable healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to assigned healthcare providers
  • Monitor and respond to provider operational requests through internal systems
  • Assist with provider scheduling, appointment coordination, and workflow management
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient communication via phone, email, and chat for administrative matters
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient-related logistics
  • Document all interactions accurately using CRM/EMR systems and approved templates
  • Route medication-related, clinical, or provider-specific inquiries to the appropriate internal team
  • Support pharmacy coordination workflows, including pharmacy updates and routing refill or clarification requests
  • Prepare lab order information for provider completion and signature
  • Monitor pending lab results and notify providers when results are available
  • Send HIPAA authorization forms and process basic medical records requests following company protocols
  • Update administrative fields, attach documents, and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Follow HIPAA, PHI, security, and behavioral health escalation protocols at all times

Qualifications

  • Must have verifiable healthcare experience
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant, Healthcare Admin, Clinical Admin, Medical Records Specialist, Prior Authorization Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience using EMR/EHR or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat communication
  • Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow SOPs, escalation protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting U.S. healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, pharmacy coordination, or medical records is a strong advantage

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
