Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional demeanor and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Communication Management: Answering, screening, and transferring high-volume calls on a multi-line system.
  • Administrative Support: Performing tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinating conference room bookings, managing calendars, and setting appointments.
  • Security & Safety: Monitoring visitor access, issuing badges, and maintaining security protocols.
  • Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area, lobby, and common areas tidy and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Strong service orientation to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, multi-line phones).
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
