About the Role:

As a Senior Retail Associate/Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain brand image and standards
• Ensure store operations run smoothly
• Manage inventory and stock integrity
• Support reporting and documentation accuracy
• Develop product knowledge and skills

Key Requirements:

• Must possess at least high school certificate with minimum credit/pass in Mathematics.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and has cashier background or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Adapt to teamwork, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Possess good communication skills
• Pleasant and good customer service skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, representing the brand image at all times.
• Speaks good English both in written and spoken. Ability to speak other language is added advantage.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Required to work on retail shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays (shift hours: 6am - 3pm, 10am - 7pm & 3pm - 12am)
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2).
