Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our commercial team for large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit complete tender packages within deadlines
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare competitive cost estimates and BOQs
- Manage variation claims and contract documentation
- Review and certify subcontractor invoices and payments
- Coordinate with clients and cost consultants for payment approvals
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress
- Support budget preparation and cost control activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimation
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, contract administration, and variation claims
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
