Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate customer orders upon arrival at the workshop
• Assign jobs to mechanics and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and ensure all complaints are properly addressed
• Liaise with the store department to ensure availability of required spare parts
• Inspect and verify completed repair work to meet quality standards
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping practices
• Coordinate breakdown service arrangements and support the breakdown team when required
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience in workshop operations or service coordination is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
