About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across BPO and accounting-related operations. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and improving training programs that support onboarding, process adoption, performance improvement, and employee development across multiple teams and accounts.

The ideal candidate has strong BPO training experience combined with exposure to accounting, finance, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related operational workflows to help support and train team members in accounting-focused functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage onboarding and continuous training programs for operations and accounting-related teams
  • Lead product, process, systems, and workflow training for new hires and existing employees
  • Create SOPs, process documentation, training guides, presentations, and knowledge base materials
  • Support training for accounting and finance-related processes such as AP, AR, reconciliation, invoicing, bookkeeping, or payment workflows
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, QA reviews, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Partner with Operations, Accounting, QA, and Leadership teams to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct coaching sessions and support employee performance development
  • Manage trainers or training schedules across teams and accounts
  • Ensure consistent training delivery and process compliance
  • Support rollout of new systems, workflows, or client processes
  • Maintain training records, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of BPO experience with at least 2 years in a Training Manager, Training Lead, or Learning & Development role
  • Experience supporting accounting, finance, bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, or operational finance workflows is highly preferred
  • Strong experience creating SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
  • Experience coaching and developing employees in fast-paced operational environments
  • Familiarity with QA metrics, KPIs, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in remote environments and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and training or LMS platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting US-based clients or offshore BPO operations
  • Background in accounting operations, shared services, or finance support environments
  • Process improvement or project management experience

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
