Sick pay is 100% for a limited period at O2. All benefits are forward thinking at O2. Being able to buy holidays and other flexible benefits is great.

The O2 stores are based within the city, which makes travelling to and from work quite stressful for those who live out of the catchment areas. The Bike to Work scheme saved me tonnes of money on public transport, as I could not drive at the time.
