      Great tech, still (but it's slowly moving out) great people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      It's becoming a sales company, like MS, never ending useless training, unreadable strategy..

      Avantages

      As an individual contributor, I met incredible startup customers at AWS. I felt my role was beneficial for my customers and comfortable as an individual. Reducing my customers' invoices was part of my job! I learned a lot and built a tremendous network. Some of my customers finally invested in the startup I co-founded when I left.

      Inconvénients

      The salary is low compared to the rest of the industry. There is a lot of required reporting, which appears useless.
